Electrical Control System
In accordance with the European CE standard design, intelligent fault detection, one key adjustment machine storage order, to ensure the stability of the whole machine, high efficiency,low fault. With man-machine interface and PLC, the warning, fault detection, abnormal conditions and operation speed and other information will be displayed on the screen.
Paper Positioning System
The servo motors on both sides of the face paper are controlled to perform independent transmission compensation by sensing the relative advancing position of the back paper with multiple photoelectric groups, so as to make the face paper and the back paper fit accurately.
Side Gauge Positioning System
The side gauge of the dough paper adopts a gravity pull gauge (secondary positioning) device, which makes the dough paper flow more smoothly and ensures precise alignment between the dough paper and the tile paper side gauge.
Transmission System
The whole machine adopts imported double-sided teeth and single-sided teeth synchronous belt drive; Shaft roller and synchronous wheel adopt no-key tightening sleeve locking design, to ensure the transmission accuracy, stability and low noise.
Feida Paper Feed System
The high-speed four-suction and five-feed shaftless servo motor is used to drive the Feida head independently. The face paper is in the double mode of upper overlap and lower broken sheet. It is equipped with the whole-process servo motor tracking and compensation positioning system for the face paper, so that the face paper can run smoothly and smoothly at high speed.
Leading Edge Feed System (Optional)
It adopts patented leading edge paper feeding structure, dual servo motor motion control system, equipped with high pressure suction fan, variable frequency adjustment of suction size, servo motor independent control of suction time (patent), suitable for all kinds of large size thickening, bending and deformation of corrugated board, to ensure the smooth operation of different wallen paper at high speed.
Pressure Paper Thickness Measurement System
Adjust all rollers as a whole according to the thickness of the tile paper for more efficient and accurate operation.
Paper Stacking System
Adopt the double modes of the specially designed superimposed left-right transverse movement structure (patent) and the ground-track pre-stacking paper structure, choose one according to the tidiness of the face paper, and more effectively increase the efficiency.
