Main Structure and Working Process
Structure Composition: composed of paper feeding section, glue coating section, folding section, nail box section, counting and stacking section, and output section.
Work Process: Self moving belt suction paper feeding → Self moving adhesive coating → Self moving folding → Self moving correction → Self moving adhesive box (nail box) → Finished product output → (optional flip box) → (packaging completed).
Product Performance Characteristics
(1).Feeding Unit
1. The vacuum adsorption ribbon is used for paper feeding, and the front cardboard lifting and the front and rear side baffles are electrically adjusted for quick and convenient adjustment.
2. Add a side tapping device, using double linear optical axis and ball screw electric adjustment, to ensure stable and smooth paper feeding.
3. The suction machine assists in paper feeding and can adjust the amount of paper according to different cardboard to ensure smooth paper supply.
4. The paper feeding section is made of inlet rubber, which is wear-resistant and has high friction.

(3).Folding Part
1. The arm of this machine is linked with the pressure line, making machine adjustment faster and measuring more accurate.
2. The front section is equipped with a pre pressing device and forming line, and the middle section is added with grouped forming wall lines to accurately and effectively correct the deviation of the cardboard pit lines, enabling the entire cardboard box to be folded accurately.
3. The relative distance between the guide wheel and the fold can be adjusted according to different thicknesses of cardboard, making the formed edges of the cardboard more beautiful.
4. Use the brake lever to achieve faster and more accurate adjustment speed.
5. The seamless docking circular synchronous conveyor belt made of high friction and ultra wear-resistant special materials at the inlet is less prone to misalignment and scratches on the surface of the cardboard box.
(4).Nail Box Section
1. Dual servo drive, accurate precision, reduced mechanical transmission part, can effectively reduce mechanical failure rate.
2. Touch screen operation, parameters (nail distance, nail number, nail type, rear panel) can be easily and quickly changed.
3. The entire control system adopts the PLC control system.
4. The rear electric baffle is driven by a stepper motor, which ensures accurate measurement and makes it easier and faster to change measurement.
5. The entire set of nail heads is made of mold steel and processed with precision CNC machining.
6. The bottom mold is made of tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
7. The nail box section can be automatically raised and lowered, making it easier and faster to switch between adhesive box mode and nail box mode.
(5).Counting and Stacking Department
1. The plug-in counting system is simple and durable, with an electric clapper that can cycle back and forth, automatic calibration, automatic counting, and automatic output. It uses a movable anti slip ribbon and the upper and lower strips press to output a beautiful and smooth image.
